Westside Kickboxing is proud to offer two Iron Evolution fitness training programs that will get you into the best shape of your life - Bootcamp and Strength & Conditioning! Both of these programs are designed to help you reach your goals. Iron Evolution Bootcamp is high intensity interval training for those who enjoy fat burning and muscle fatigue. This fitness class consists of a combination of training including:

This blend of exercises is intended to help you lose unwanted weight and improve muscle tone. Bootcamp is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, and are a great way to kick start your day!

Strength & Conditioning

Iron Evolution Strength & Conditioning sessions are developed to improve strength, power, muscle, and body composition. People of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate in this supervised exercise program!
